Terms of use
Updated October 2, 2026
These terms cover TrickCam and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms and Apple’s standard app license. If you don’t agree, please don’t use TrickCam.
Keep it kind.
TrickCam is for playful, respectful moments. Get permission before photographing or sharing images of other people. Don’t use it to harass, impersonate, break the law, or violate someone’s privacy. You’re responsible for the photos, names, and messages you choose to use.
Your passes
You can design and preview for free. Live reveals require an active pass. Paid passes last 24 or 72 hours starting when you buy them. They do not renew automatically. The app shows the price and duration before purchase; Apple handles payment. For purchase issues or refunds, contact Apple. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
Invitations and free passes
A new user may accept one invitation during their first introduction. An eligible friend counts after completing the introduction and saving a portrait and name. Every three qualifying friends earns one 24-hour pass, up to seven earned passes. Saved passes do not expire; each starts when activated and cannot overlap an active pass.
Invite codes last 30 days and may later be reused. An old short link may then refer to a different person, so always share a current invitation. Referral rewards stay with the device and may not be recoverable if its identity is lost. Rewards have no cash value. We may refuse fraudulent claims and change the program for future invitations.
Photos and designs
You keep your rights to your own photos and content. You give the app permission to process them to create the reveal you request. TrickCam’s branding, artwork, and software remain the property of their owners. You may share reveals made with the app for personal use.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep TrickCam working well, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Questions or changes
We’ll post updated terms here with a new date. Contact the TrickCam team at support@trickcam.cc with any questions.
